Tack för denna gång!

Det är dags för mig att tacka för en härlig månad här på 2.6 bloggen och lämna över stafettpinnen! Önskar er alla en underbar Woman in Red månad i mars och hoppas att vi ses där ute i minglet på eventen och missionen att stödja kvinnors hälsa. Med detta sagt avslutar jag med mina 20 bästa wellnesstips. Be good. Do good. Feel good. Ut och njut av den kommande våren!

1. Fysical activity should be as natural as brushing your teeth, that means every day!

2. Fifteen minutes of exercise on a daily basis can and will change your life.

3. Do yoga to build strength, balance and flexibility. Your body will get stronger and it will free your mind.

4. Focus on the here and now. That will help you get the best out of yourself and live your life to the max.

5. Pilates strengthens the body where it is most needed. Your posture, as well as your attitude will improve.

6. Keep walking and you will be on the way to much better health, step by step, road by road.

7. Try new ways to exercise your body and mind. Get out there and join the movement.

8. Dance is joy. Joy is energy. Energy is fuel for life. 
 
9. Take your time. I mean time for you. Time to reflect upon your life. Time to meditate and get your priorities straight. You are the leading star of your lifestory.

10. Spend at least 5 minutes a day in complete silence. Quiet your mind. Concentrate on your breathing. Think of it as vacumcleaning the dust out of your mind.

11. Be your own ”mind-police”. Eliminate and erase any negative thoughts. Replace them immidiately with positive thoughts about yourself and your possibilities.

12. You are worth your own consideration. You are the most imortant lover in your own life. Make love to your life.

13. Dive into the knowledge on how best to take care of your body and mind. Health = function.

14. Reduce stress. Build strength. Make every day count. 

15. Make sure to fuel your body with the right food and nutrition. Easy does it.

16. Ayurveda means science of life. Study it and you’ll find tools to live your best life.

17. Let go and release bad conscience. It is never too late to begin a conscious life with health in focus. Be aware. Be grateful. Enjoy and live well. You derserve it.

18. This is it. Life in no rehearsal. Every day is either a lost opportunity or a blessed adventure. It´s your decision.

19. Seeing is believing. Belief will open your eyes. Your vision will lead to your mission and passion will be the stardust in your eyes.

20. Dream and live. From vision to mission. Believe and have faith. Learn and teach. Love and be loved. Give and receive. Wish and give thanks. Live and dream.
